We are so very proud to announce Letting Go, the new record from Hayden Pedigo! An acoustic guitarist and soundscape composer from Amarillo, Texas, Hayden’s work combines the American Primitive guitar picking styles of John Fahey with an ear for experimental sound design and manipulation. Letting Go, Hayden’s first record for Mexican Summer, strips some of the ambience that had filled the soundscapes of his previous albums, revealing guitar playing that stands alone, stark and highly melodic, lonesome and ghostly.
